Q: What type of Light bulbs do you use
A: We use commercial grade c9 light bulbs with 12” spacing only, as they provide the best image and outcome on your home.
Q: Do I own or rent the lights?
A: You are renting! We own the lights, maintenance them, take them down and store them for the next year!
Q: How long can I keep my lights up for
A: We shoot to get all lights down by the 2nd week of January, however if you want them down earlier, we can do that!
Q: What is your maintenance fee?
A: NOTHING!! We will maintain the lights the whole time they are up at no additional cost. You pay that service with your initial payment of the light installation.
Q: What colors do you have?
A: We have (mostly) all of them. You can customize any colors you see in our catalog of c9 bulbs for no additional cost.
Q: What is your pricing structure
A: We will price out all roof-line lighting per linear foot, trees/bushes are charged on how many packs of 100ft mini bulbs we use, and anything else will be a custom price as far as decorations.
Q: Can you put up the lights I already own
A: We really pride ourselves on the custom work we do for your home and want the best possible look, so unfortunately we stay away from already bought lights due to keeping our promise of quality work.
